Established in 1994, Trillium Village Collectors Club is one of Canada's oldest Department 56 collector clubs.  We are based in Toronto but have club members all over the province of Ontario.

The objective of our club is to provide a meeting place for club members to share the joy and excitement of their hobbies and to share display ideas featuring their favourite collectibles.  All collectors and retailers of Department 56 Village and Holiday products are welcome to join the club.  Club membership also includes an informative newsletter mailed physically or electronically to each club member every other month.  Membership form is available for download on the "About Us" page.

Trillium Village Collectors Club is a not-for-profit organization.  Although we appreciate support from our retailer members, the club is not affiliated with any Department 56 retailers.

New Executive Members

Three executive positions were up for re-election during the Annual General Meeting at our March meeting: President, Vice President and Treasurer.

At the time, Cherie spoke up about the importance of helping out within the club and how all of us can work together to make the club even better than what it already is.  No sooner had she finished her speech than a couple of club members stepped forward to take on some volunteer positions: Rick J. agreed to take over Helen M.’s position as the NCC representative of the club and Sue B-G. agreed to maintain the club’s collection of raffle and door prize items.   The club thanked Helen for the last 17/18 years (?) as the NCC liaison for the club and Cherie and Eric for organizing the club’s “prized” possessions for who knows how long!

After much discussion (and cajoling?), the three executive positions were won by acclamation.   John H. agreed to take on a second 2-year term as the club president, Dennis T. was elected to be the vice president and Patricia J. was elected as the club treasurer.  A great, big thank went to Patricia J. and Don H. for their work and dedication as the outgoing vice president and treasurer.

Thus, the current executive members are

President:   John H.
Vice President:   Dennis T.
Secretary:   Ruth T.
Treasurer:   Patricia J.
Program Planning:   Gail H.
Membership:   Peggy C.
