Established in 1994, Trillium Village Collectors Club is one of Canada's oldest Department 56 collector clubs.  We are based in Toronto but have club members all over the province of Ontario.

The objective of our club is to provide a meeting place for club members to share the joy and excitement of their hobbies and to share display ideas featuring their favourite collectibles.  All collectors and retailers of Department 56 Village and Holiday products are welcome to join the club.  Club membership also includes an informative newsletter mailed physically or electronically to each club member every other month.  Membership form is available for download on the "About Us" page.

Trillium Village Collectors Club is a not-for-profit organization.  Although we appreciate support from our retailer members, the club is not affiliated with any Department 56 retailers.

Happy Valentine’s Day!

On a cold and snowy Sunday afternoon, what is there better to do than to post a new blog, right?

First of all, Valentine’s Day is only a week away.   Hope you already have romantic plans with your loved ones.   And speaking of love birds, two members of our club celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on January 10, 2015.  Darlene and John renewed their wedding vows to each other in front of many family and friends.  Below are a few photographs from that special occasion.

Darlene and John even included our January meeting as part of their celebration as they brought in photographs of wonderful memories and a wedding cake to share.   You can see photographs of those at the 2015 January meeting highlight blog.

The club held our annual holiday brunch at the Mandarin restaurant last month.   About 30 members were there to enjoy a great meal and special friendship.   Photographs from that event can be seen at the Christmas/Holiday Brunch page.

Martha and Barry once again did a great job with our latest edition of the club newsletter.   You can find it and many other club newsletters on our Newsletters page.

For those who are considering going to the California Gold Gathering event that is taking place this coming September, note that the event organizing committee has just released a comprehensive newsletter for the event.   You can read that newsletter and information about that event from the 2015 Department 56 Collector Gathering page.
