Established in 1994, Trillium Village Collectors Club is one of Canada's oldest Department 56 collector clubs.  We are based in Toronto but have club members all over the province of Ontario.

The objective of our club is to provide a meeting place for club members to share the joy and excitement of their hobbies and to share display ideas featuring their favourite collectibles.  All collectors and retailers of Department 56 Village and Holiday products are welcome to join the club.  Club membership also includes an informative newsletter mailed physically or electronically to each club member every other month.  Membership form is available for download on the "About Us" page.

Trillium Village Collectors Club is a not-for-profit organization.  Although we appreciate support from our retailer members, the club is not affiliated with any Department 56 retailers.

It’s Almost Halloween!

Nightmare Before Christmas - Jack On Spiral Hill

Time flies, doesn't it?  We are only a week away from Halloween.   Are you all set decorating your home for the occasion?   If not, it is never too late, right?   But if you need some inspirational help, here is your chance.   Our club member Cheryl T. has just uploaded her “Halloweentown” video for 2018.   You can watch the video here and enjoy many of her wonderful display ideas.

By the way, I have recently come across a web site called “Find My Department 56” that is a great resource for Department 56 collectors.   This web site not only provides detailed information, such as year of release, year of retirement (if applicable), original retail sale price, for most (if not all) Department 56 items from the Village, Snowbabies and Snowbunnies collections, it also shows the number of active eBay auction listings for each item and the number of completed eBay auctions for that item in the past 90 days.  For collectors who are actively buying and/or selling on eBay, this web site provides valuable information such as the high, low and average price for which an item was sold.

In case you don’t realize, there is a section called “Useful Web Sites” on the left panel (just above the Hit counter).  I have listed there a number of web sites I believe are of interest to Department 56 collectors.   And if you know of any other similar web sites, please let me know and I will add your suggestion to this section as well.
